Frasaba99Spend a wonderful day in the seaside town of Essaouira and enjoy your time at the beach! Essaouira is an old fort and fishing port town offering you a beautiful day strolling the alleys of the old town. Use your fee time here for visiting the Medina, market, and shops with local souvenirs, fishing port, visit also Skala Kasbah – citadel in war times or visit some of the beautiful galleries. Enjoy walk down on the 6 km long sandy beach or try waters of Atlantic ocean. Don‘t forget to eat your lunch in one of the many restaurants or taste the seafood in the local fish market.
We pick you up from your hotel at 8:00 in the morning. The drive to coastal town Essaouira takes about 3 hours and 30 minutes with 3 short breaks.
The first stop for short break, second stop to see a „forest“ of Argan trees and meet the goats which like it better on the tree than on the ground. Take a picture with tree goats while they feed on tasty Argan nuts.
In the third step, you have a chance to visit local ladies‘ cooperative and see how the Argan oil – „liquid gold“ – is extracted and how they are made fine cosmetic products from this precious oil. After this stop, you continue your trip to Essaouira, often called Mogador.
For visiting Essaouira you have 5 hours of free time, no guide. After finish your visit, you meet your driver and return back to Marrakech at 19:00.
