HOW CAN I BOOK MY TRIP?

Booking your trip is very easy! Simply choose your trip (desert tour, a day excursion or activities in Marrakech) and send us to email what trip or tour you want to book, date of your trip and how many people will travel. The email is just informal, after non-binding communication, we will send you our confirmation of your trip. And you can get ready for the best travel adventure in your life!

I WANT DIFFERENT PROGRAM FOR MY TRIP. IS IT POSSIBLE TO CUSTOMIZE THE TRIP?

If you have special requirements for your trip or tour, send us email as well! We can plan customized trip especially for you or your group.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN "OPTIONAL LOCAL GUIDE"

Every destination of your trip offers the possibility of the walking with a local guide. Local guide is not included in the price of the trip and the price for the guide is agreed on the spot. Local guide is optional and it is up to you, if you decide to get a walking tour with a professional. We recommend a walking tour with a professional local guide – you will get unique experience with lot of new information about the place. If the trip includes hiking, local guide will lead you safely on the well-known paths and trails. If the trip includes visit of the historic site, local guide will tell you many interesting facts about curiosities about the place.

WHAT TO PACK FOR MY DAY EXCURSION?

Do not forget your sun glasses, hat and sun cream, your camera and power banks or charger, is always good to have bottled water or a little snack. But do not worry, there is plenty of small shops in the road with everything you need.

WHAT TO PACK FOR MY DESERT EXCURSION?

Desert is a hot place, but it can get a little cold in the night, especially in the winter season. Jacket or hoodie will be fine with you luggage. Is good to know, camel fur can be irritating for your skin on the legs, so wear long and lose trousers for the camel trek.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TRADITIONAL BERBER DINNER AND BREAKFAST?

You will taste traditional moroccan food prepared in the desert camp. For dinner is usually served soup Harira and chicken tajine or couscous. Breakfast consists from bread, butter, honey, marmelade and olive oil. Anf of course, plenty of the green tea with mint and sugar.

ARE THE TRIPS SUITABLE FOR THE CHILDREN?

Every trip and tour is suitable for children. Although, we do not recomend the tours for children younger than 5 years old.

DO YOU PROVIDE SOME TRAVEL INSURANCE?

Trips Desert Marrakech do not provide any travel insurance for the trips. We advised to get a travel insurance in any commercial insurance company in your country, before you travel to Morocco.

WHERE IS THE PICK UP POINT FOR THE TRIP?

Drivers from Trips Desert Marrakech will pick you up on the tour day in your riad, hotel or apartment. If it is not possible to get to your hotel, our drivers will pick you up at the nearest agreed meeting point.

DOES MY TRIP INCLUDES AIRPORT TRANSFER?

Multiple day trips includes transfer from airport. Day excursions does not include the airporttransfer.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY TRIP?

Every trip has its own price. Tours with customized programs and private tours has its own starting price, it means, the price will be finalized after we agreed on the final program of your trip. Calculation of the final price is free and does not bind you to anything. After confirmation of your reservation, we will send you paying details (bank transfer or PAYPAL) and you send for Trips Desert Marrakech 50 % of the final price. The remaining 50 % of the price will be paid on the day of your trip

CAN I CANCEL MY TRIP AFTER RECEIVING CONFIRMATION OF MY RESERVATION?

Yes, you can cancel your trip any time. Cancellation of your trip is free and you will get all your money back if the trip is canceled no later than two weeks before the date of your trip. If you cancel your trip in less than two weeks, you won’t be refunded.
